no aparece espec\u00edficamente<\/strong> en ninguno de los Anexos II, III, IV, V o VI del <a href=\"https:\/\/cosmeservice.com\/es\/servicios\/regulacion-europea\/\"><strong>Reglamento Cosm\u00e9tico de la UE (CE) n.\u00ba 1223\/2009<\/strong><\/a>, lo que significa que <strong>no est\u00e1 expl\u00edcitamente prohibido ni restringido<\/strong>.<br>Sin embargo, hay varios aspectos que requieren una evaluaci\u00f3n cuidadosa: <\/p><ol><li><strong>Origen y pureza<\/strong>: el ADN de origen animal, como el extra\u00eddo del salm\u00f3n, debe ser trazable y cumplir con los est\u00e1ndares de higiene y seguridad.<\/li><li><strong>Funci\u00f3n y uso previsto<\/strong>: las formulaciones cosm\u00e9ticas no pueden reivindicar efectos farmacol\u00f3gicos ni de reparaci\u00f3n de tejidos.<\/li><li><strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n de la seguridad<\/strong>: por su naturaleza biol\u00f3gica, requiere una evaluaci\u00f3n de seguridad individual dentro del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cosmeservice.com\/es\/noticias\/informe-de-seguridad-del-producto-cosmetico-cpsr\/\">CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report)<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Posicionamiento regulatorio<\/strong>: en algunas regiones, como Corea o Italia, el PDRN est\u00e1 regulado como <strong>ingrediente m\u00e9dico<\/strong> en productos inyectables, lo que puede generar confusi\u00f3n cuando se utiliza en cosm\u00e9ticos.<\/li><li><strong>Cumplimiento vegano<\/strong>: debido a su origen animal, el PDRN se clasifica como un<strong> ingrediente cosm\u00e9tico no vegano<\/strong>, aunque han surgido <strong>alternativas de origen vegetal<\/strong>. De hecho, ya se hab\u00edan desarrollado enfoques alternativos para imitar sus efectos regenerativos sin infringir los est\u00e1ndares veganos. <\/li><li><strong>Registro espec\u00edfico por mercado<\/strong>: en la UE, los productos que contienen PDRN deben notificarse a trav\u00e9s del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cosmeservice.com\/es\/servicios\/regulacion-europea\/cpnp\/\">CPNP (Cosmetic Product Notification Portal)<\/a><\/strong>. En el Reino Unido, tras el Brexit, la notificaci\u00f3n debe realizarse mediante el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cosmeservice.com\/es\/servicios\/normativa-cosmetica-reino-unido\/scpn\/\">SCPN (Submit Cosmetic Product Notification)<\/a><\/strong>. En Estados Unidos, bajo la nueva <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cosmeservice.com\/es\/servicios\/mocra-fda\/\">MoCRA (Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act)<\/a><\/strong>, los fabricantes deben garantizar el registro de las instalaciones y el listado de productos, adem\u00e1s de contar con datos de seguridad fundamentados.  <\/li><\/ol><p> <\/p><p>Por estas razones, los productos que
