{"id":4910,"date":"2022-08-09T13:14:01","date_gmt":"2022-08-09T11:14:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cosmeservice.com\/triman-info-tri-logo\/"},"modified":"2024-08-27T09:01:40","modified_gmt":"2024-08-27T07:01:40","slug":"ultimo-mes-antes-de-la-fecha-limite-9-de-septiembre-para-cumplir-con-la-ley-agec-incluyendo-el-logotipo-triman-info-tri-en-los-envases-vendidos-o-importados-en-francia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cosmeservice.com\/es\/noticias\/ultimo-mes-antes-de-la-fecha-limite-9-de-septiembre-para-cumplir-con-la-ley-agec-incluyendo-el-logotipo-triman-info-tri-en-los-envases-vendidos-o-importados-en-francia\/","title":{"rendered":"Ley AGEC: Logo Triman + Info-Tri en envases en Francia."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Francia ha establecido nuevos requisitos reglamentarios relativos a la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de clasificaci\u00f3n de envases cuyos objetivos son armonizar las normas de clasificaci\u00f3n y facilitar a los consumidores la comprensi\u00f3n de c\u00f3mo clasificar sus residuos a trav\u00e9s de <strong>la Ley francesa AGEC n.\u00ba 2020-105<\/strong> de 10 de febrero de 2020 relativa a la lucha contra los residuos y la econom\u00eda circular, y el Decreto n.\u00ba 2021-835 de 29 de junio de 2021 relativo a la informaci\u00f3n al consumidor sobre la norma de separaci\u00f3n de residuos para los productos sujetos al principio de responsabilidad ampliada del productor.<\/p>\n<p>El<strong> Decreto franc\u00e9s n.\u00ba 2014-1577<\/strong> oblig\u00f3 a partir del 1 de enero de 2015 a imprimir el logotipo Triman en los envases reciclables vendidos a los consumidores en Francia. Pero, solo afectaba a determinados productos. Desde el <strong>1 de enero de 2022<\/strong>, es obligatorio mostrar el logotipo Triman en todos los <strong>productos y envases reciclables<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, debe ir acompa\u00f1ado del logotipo Info-Tri, que contiene informaci\u00f3n de clasificaci\u00f3n para el consumidor.<\/p>\n<p>Se ha concedido un periodo de transici\u00f3n hasta el <strong>9 de marzo de 2023<\/strong> para los productos <strong>fabricados antes del 9 de septiembre de 2022<\/strong>. Por lo tanto, los fabricantes, importadores o distribuidores pueden vender existencias de envases antiguos, pero los productos fabricados <strong>despu\u00e9s del 9 de septiembre de 2022<\/strong> <strong>deben llevar el Logotipo Triman + info-Tri en el envase.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Composici\u00f3n del logotipo Triman:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Casos especiales:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Se ha concedido una exenci\u00f3n al marcado para los envases de vidrio de bebidas.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando la mayor superficie de un producto, o de su envase, mide menos de 10 cm2 y no se suministra ning\u00fan otro documento con \u00e9l, el marcado completo (Logotipo Triman + info-Tri) puede estar disponible por otros medios, como la exposici\u00f3n en el punto de venta o en l\u00ednea.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando la mayor superficie de un producto, o de su envase, mida entre 10 cm y 20 cm2, el logotipo Triman deber\u00e1 figurar obligatoriamente, pero la informaci\u00f3n (instrucciones de clasificaci\u00f3n) podr\u00e1 estar disponible por otros medios, como la exposici\u00f3n en el punto de venta o en l\u00ednea.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>El propio Decreto n\u00ba 2014-1577 no establece ninguna sanci\u00f3n . Sin embargo, seg\u00fan la legislaci\u00f3n medioambiental aplicable en Francia (art. L171-8 y L173-1), las autoridades responsables pueden emitir una advertencia.
