{"id":4995,"date":"2021-07-26T11:20:00","date_gmt":"2021-07-26T09:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cosmeservice.com\/cosmetic-regulatory-compliance-for-e-commerce-online-platforms\/"},"modified":"2024-08-27T08:55:41","modified_gmt":"2024-08-27T06:55:41","slug":"cumplimiento-normativo-cosmetico-para-plataformas-en-linea-y-el-comercio-electronico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cosmeservice.com\/es\/webinars-eventos\/cumplimiento-normativo-cosmetico-para-plataformas-en-linea-y-el-comercio-electronico\/","title":{"rendered":"CUMPLIMIENTO NORMATIVO COSM\u00c9TICO PARA ECOMMERCES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfVende sus productos cosm\u00e9ticos a trav\u00e9s de una tienda on line para los mercados de la UE o el Reino Unido?<\/p>\n<p>Todos los productos cosm\u00e9ticos en los mercados de la UE y Reino Unido destinados a consumidores finales en la UE y Reino Unido deben cumplir con sus correspondientes normativas vigentes\u00a0 (supermercados, farmacias, droguer\u00edas, salones de belleza , comercio electr\u00f3nico, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Esto significa que, seg\u00fan\u00a0 la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n sobre la vigilancia del mercado de los productos vendidos on line (2017 \/ C 250\/01)<\/strong>, la legislaci\u00f3n de la UE tambi\u00e9n se aplica a los vendedores on line, independientemente de si tienen su sede dentro o fuera de la Uni\u00f3n Europea y \/ o Estados Unidos Reino.<\/p>\n<p><iframe class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iYKCQTVqJ4U?feature=oembed\" title=\"Regulatory Compliance for e-commerce &amp; online platforms\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\"  frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Para ello, se evaluar\u00e1 si la oferta on line est\u00e1 orientada a consumidores o usuarios finales dentro de los Estados miembros o del Reino Unido. <strong>Aspectos como el idioma, la moneda, cualquier dominio de la UE y la disponibilidad de entregas a pa\u00edses de la UE o al Reino Unido<\/strong> ser\u00e1n factores determinantes para determinar si el operador se ha dirigido a consumidores o usuarios finales UE-Reino Unido.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, sus productos cosm\u00e9ticos deber\u00e1n cumplir con las regulaciones de la UE y el Reino Unido. Cada producto vendido en la Uni\u00f3n Europea y \/ o Reino Unido debe estar registrado de acuerdo con las regulaciones de la UE y el Reino Unido. Le recordamos los pasos obligatorios del registro cosm\u00e9tico completo en la UE y el Reino Unido:<\/p>\n<p>Elaborar el Archivo de Informaci\u00f3n del Producto (PIF) y la Evaluaci\u00f3n de Seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>Este informe es v\u00e1lido para los dos territorios. En caso de que ya se venda en UE, solo ser\u00eda necesario incluir la informaci\u00f3n correspondiente del Responsable de Reino Unido del producto.<\/p>\n<p>Pruebas de seguridad cl\u00ednica y obligatorias. Es necesario incluir los resultados finales en el PIF para probar la seguridad del producto.<br \/>\nNotificaci\u00f3n en el portal correspondiente: EU CPNP y \/ o UK SCPN.<br \/>\nDesignar una Persona Responsable ubicada en territorios apropiados.<\/p>\n<p>Tenga en cuenta que sus productos cosm\u00e9ticos deben estar registrados en el <strong>portal CPNP<\/strong> si el consumidor final es de cualquier Estado miembro europeo y registrados en el <strong>portal SCPN<\/strong> si el consumidor final es del Reino Unido. Al igual que en las tiendas f\u00edsicas, debe designar una <strong>persona responsable<\/strong> y los PIF deben estar disponibles en el lugar de la persona responsable. Asimismo, la etiqueta del producto debe incluir la informaci\u00f3n obligatoria y estar traducida al idioma nacional y oficial del pa\u00eds en el que se comercializan los productos.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de que est\u00e9 vendiendo sus productos a trav\u00e9s de una <strong>plataforma online<\/strong>, le recomendamos que registre sus productos cosm\u00e9ticos seg\u00fan la normativa correspondiente para evitar cualquier riesgo ante las Autoridades Aduaneras y Sanitarias.
