<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, la empresa espa\u00f1ola experta en seguridad y regulaci\u00f3n cosm\u00e9tica Cosmeservice seguir\u00e1 teniendo su sede en la Uni\u00f3n Europea. De esta forma, las empresas brit\u00e1nicas interesadas en operar en suelo europeo podr\u00e1n contar con los mismos servicios que ven\u00edan ofreciendo hasta ahora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gran Breta\u00f1a ha introducido algunas modificaciones en el documento del Reglamento Europeo de Cosm\u00e9ticos (CE) n\u00ba 1223\/2009 para crear su propio documento del Reglamento de Cosm\u00e9ticos del Reino Unido. Estos cambios afectan a la Persona Responsable, el PIF, el etiquetado y la notificaci\u00f3n, que deber\u00e1n realizarse a partir de ahora en el portal del Reino Unido. Todas estas modificaciones comenzar\u00e1n a aplicarse en 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u00f3mo prepararse para comercializar productos cosm\u00e9ticos en y desde Reino Unido tras el Brexit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A continuaci\u00f3n, detallamos las consecuencias para los productos cosm\u00e9ticos comercializados en los mercados de la UE y el Reino Unido tras la aplicaci\u00f3n del Brexit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Persona Responsable<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las empresas europeas (y de todo el mundo) que deseen vender sus productos cosm\u00e9ticos en el Reino Unido se ver\u00e1n obligadas a tener una persona responsable en este pa\u00eds, de acuerdo con el Reglamento vigente a partir del 1 de enero en el Reino Unido. Es decir, tendr\u00e1n que designar all\u00ed a una persona f\u00edsica o jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por otro lado, las empresas brit\u00e1nicas de cosm\u00e9ticos que comercialicen sus productos en Europa tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1n contar con la misma figura, pero en la UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para que este tr\u00e1mite sea lo m\u00e1s sencillo posible, Cosmeservice ha establecido una nueva oficina en el Reino Unido para prestar este servicio a las empresas que est\u00e9n interesadas en \u00e9l. Portal de Notificaci\u00f3n de Productos Cosm\u00e9ticos (CPNP)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A partir de ahora, la Persona Responsable deber\u00e1 notificar la informaci\u00f3n relacionada con el producto cosm\u00e9tico a la Comisi\u00f3n Europea. Todo ello debe realizarse a trav\u00e9s del Portal de Notificaci\u00f3n de Productos Cosm\u00e9ticos (CPNP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre con las notificaciones previas a BREXIT realizadas por una Persona Responsable en el Reino Unido? La persona responsable en Gran Breta\u00f1a puede transferir las notificaciones a otra en Europa. Sin embargo, la primera ya no tendr\u00e1 acceso al CPNP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, las empresas europeas interesadas en comercializar en la UE deber\u00e1n notificar a partir de 2021 en el portal del Reino Unido disponible a tal efecto, denominado UK Submit Cosmetic Product Notification (SCPN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde el inicio del BREXIT, el PIF debe estar disponible en la direcci\u00f3n de la Persona Responsable dentro de la Uni\u00f3n Europea. Lo mismo ocurrir\u00eda al contrario con las empresas de Europa en el Reino Unido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Etiquetado<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El nombre y la direcci\u00f3n de la persona responsable deben figurar en la etiqueta de los productos cosm\u00e9ticos. En el momento en que Gran Breta\u00f1a se retire de la UE, aquellos productos fabricados en suelo brit\u00e1nico y comercializados en Europa ser\u00e1n tratados como importados a la UE-27 desde un 3er pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
